In 2025, the OurActionStation team supported communities across Aotearoa to lead their own campaigns on the issues most important to them.
From defending Te Tiriti Education in Schools, boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) campaigns for Palestine, fighting against sand mining and fighting for puberty blockers for trans youth - community campaigners from across the motu launched 91 petitions, gathering a powerful 292,864 signatures in support of change this year. Alongside this, we hosted six skillshares, equipping people with practical tools to successfully make change.
